I have recently subscribed to your Audio Magazines because I am spending winter in the UK.
The magazines are excellent for keeping in touch with the language and there is a good variety of subjects to make it interesting.
The ability to switch between enunciated and modern French is ideal along with the on/off translations for any new words.
A great product – much appreciated!

I am really enjoying the monthly audio magazine. It’s very interesting to hear about various places in France as well as different subjects – and the photos are great too. My time is limited and it’s great that I can easily find one of the articles to listen to when I am walking or doing cooking in the kitchen. The vocabulary range is quite wide in the stories so I’m learning a lot of new words and expressions. The magazine is a real complement to the various lessons in the courses. I’ve been avoiding focusing on the verb drills as I don’t like grammer – however, I’m starting to study those now and though they are difficult for me, they are the best drills that I have found to really learn the various verb forms.

This is just to say that I am thoroughly enjoying my subscription to the monthly audio magazine, which is full of insights into travel and culture in France. I love the accompanying photos too and the fact that the articles reflect an authentic personal experience. I have been inspired to put new places on my ‘to go’ list and also to re-visit with new eyes places I know quite well, such as the Palais Royal in Paris (November edition). Most of all, the magazines are helping me to develop a more vivid way of expressing myself in French when describing my own adventures!

Thank you for the great work you do for French learners.

J’adore votre magazine audio que j’écoute régulièrement. Et vos lettres régulières. Je les trouve tous très instructifs et intéressants et cela me donne envie de visiter à nouveau la France. Je leur donne une note de dix sur dix. J’attends avec impatience votre prochain magazine audio.

The length of the articles is just right so that it keeps your concentration. The recording in 2 speeds is very helpful, and the option to hide/reveal the text is also great. I am improving my ability to understand what is being said already with these bite-sized audios.
The topics are very varied which helps expand my vocabulary.
One added bonus that I hadn’t thought about before subscribing is that I am learning about all sorts of new places in France that I am now adding to my list to visit!

Ce qui me plaît, c’est que je peux écouter les audios en français moderne. J’apprécie également les liens vers des leçons supplémentaires et des histories bilingues. J’aime bien les audios sur les endroits intéressants et beaux en France et ça me donne envie d’y retourner.

Which part of France will we be transported to this month? Have I been there before? Is it somewhere I would like to go? Perhaps it is something I have never heard of before. For the price of a weekly cup of coffee we are introduced to French culture and different regions of France with Camille’s monthly magazine articles. I am so pleased when I realise I understand most of what I am listening to. Your teaching methods work so well, Camille! Thank you both yet again for all your hard work.

After studying French grammar in the UK for 2 years, I realised that I could still not speak French or understand French people. After purchasing the audiobooks and more recently the monthly audio magazine, my confidence to speak French has improved. Camille is very easy to understand in the audiobooks, and help you to pronounce French much better as her words are very precise and clear. The choice to listen to modern French is a great bonus too. The audio magazines have interesting topics to read and pronounce out loud, but they are carefully crafted too, to help you build up vocabulary and choice of french words. Very good value for money too.

I really enjoy listening and reading the monthly magazine articles. I use them as an additional learning tool, but also, for pleasure. I’m learning so much from them about French places and culture. They have inspired me to travel further around France next time. The articles are so easy to listen to on your phone wherever you are, whatever you’re doing.
