The French site of the BBC features Ma France, 24 VIDEO episodes to brush up your French, and much more. Extremely well done.
Le Point du FLE, a portal whose objective is to facilitate access to the best web-based activities for learning and teaching French. There are sites for interactive grammar, self-correcting exercises, simulations etc., which all can be used for work in the classroom or for self-studies.
Oh la la I speak French offers a couple of VIDEO lessons for absolute beginners. The 2 teachers are pretty and sexy, the dialogues are light but well done, good for a fun break.
