Review your everyday expressions before a trip to France

There are constructions that will repeat themselves over and over when you travel: "Je voudrais" ("I would like"), "S'il vous plaît" ("Please"), "Combien ça coûte?" ("How much does this cost"),

"L’addition s'il vous plaît" ("Check, please"), "Quel est le plat du jour" ("What's the dish of the day"), "J'ai une réservation au nom de Camille Chevalier-Karfis" (I have a reservation booked under + your name)...

Practice simple phrases like these, so they come naturally to you and you don't have to struggle with them. It will give you more time to think about the rest of what you'd like to say. You will find all these expressions in my French audio books, which recreates modern, realistic French conversations on everyday topics like going to a restaurant, asking for directions, going shopping etc...

Camille Chevalier-Karfis

Born and raised in Paris, I have been teaching today's French to adults for 19 years in the US, France, and to people around the world over the phone and by Skype . My method is proven and unique, and, based on my students' goals and needs, I've developed  high quality audiobooks and audio lessons for all levels.
Good luck with your studies and remember, repetition is the key!
