I've recorded a very serious and thorough medical exam questionnaire in French, with English translation and French audio.

I don't know that anything else like that is available on the web, so please, pass the info around to any person, organization, etc... who could be interested.

I developed this lesson with the help of 2 US doctors and an anesthesiologist nurse, so it's reliable.
